Day 1

Last night, I decided to do this.

Today I begin.

Why? Because I read this, and there was a bit of a sting in it. And there's too much truth in some of those "FB you / Real You" pictures!

This week, I'll be focusing on what to add in. Not what to cut out, yet.

Every day
Drink 2L+ water
3 x 1tb coconut oil
Exercise

And this week, I'll check in here daily. Not sure after that. We will see how much I need to do it, to keep on track.



The Goal

To lose 33.7kg in 6 months. By the end of September.
